Thelma’s Kitchen
We will be doing food prep and assembling boxed lunches. Thelma’s Kitchen relies on volunteer assistance to provide meals to our community and food-insecure neighbors. The kitchen is located at Central Presbyterian Church (3501 Campbell, Kansas City, MO 64109 – please note this is not the Troost address). The church where Thelma’s Kitchen is located has a clothing pantry. If you have any gently used, clean clothes for men and women (all sizes), please bring them to donate. They request that they be seasonal. Contact Susan Kivett with any questions at kivetts@gmail.com or 913-219-0823. If you haven’t been before, please watch this orientation video and sign the volunteer waiver on the website.
