It’s time to for the 2026 NCJW Back to School Store.  

It’s essential that we have everyone’s help to ensure that 450 deserving children served by 12 agencies are ready to head back to school in August. By doing so, NCJW of Kansas City will continue to fulfill our mission of improving the quality of life for women, children and families.

While we no longer set up and staff a shopping experience, we still need approximately 90 volunteers (ages 16 and older) to transport, unpack and organize items from storage; fulfill orders; assist participating agencies with loading; and return remaining items to storage. These activities will take place over 12 shifts between July 14 and July 24.

We appreciate your continued commitment to supporting families in need. To ensure that planned tasks are completed during each shift, we kindly ask that volunteers commit to working the entire 2 ½-hours, from start to finish.
