Back to School Store

We are once again back in business with an in-person shopping event for the 2024 Back to School Store! This year, we will have a new location that is much easier to access for the families and agencies we support through this project. Also different from years past is that we are hosting our Back to School Store event on Saturday, July 27, 2024 from 9:00 – 5:30. We expect more than 200 children to shop with us in person and 13 agencies to pick up backpacks/clothing for their own distribution events.

This event is our most labor-intensive and we depend on a significant number of volunteers (ages 16 and up) to transport, unpack and organize items from storage, fulfill orders that we receive from participating agencies and shop with the children in person.

We appreciate your continued commitment to supporting families in need. Approximately 200 volunteers will be essential to the success of this project. While there are no evening shifts this year, we hope that our working members and their families can commit to helping out during the Saturday event.
